Commercial Space Renovation in Ceuta

The project was developed for the company Balearia, with the aim of transforming and modernizing one of its commercial spaces, adapting it to new needs in display, sales and user experience. The existing layout presented limitations in interior circulation, a distribution that hindered proper product visibility, and an organization that reduced efficiency for both customers and store staff. The main objective of the intervention was to improve the flow of movement within the establishment, give greater prominence to the displayed products and reinforce their perceived value. It also aimed to create a more comfortable, functional and appealing environment for users, while optimizing restocking and inventory management tasks for staff. Another key aspect was enhancing the visibility of the space from the street, increasing its ability to attract attention and improving the visual connection with the exterior surroundings. To achieve these objectives, a complete reorganization of the interior layout was carried out, replacing the existing furniture with new display elements that are lighter, more versatile and better suited to Balearia’s commercial needs. The circulation routes were redefined, removing visual obstacles and creating more open, orderly spaces. In addition, a new architectural and decorative lighting scheme was incorporated, reinforcing the establishment’s visual identity, improving user comfort and strategically highlighting the display areas. The final result is a renovated, modern and highly functional commercial space, aligned with Balearia’s corporate image. The new layout significantly improves the shopping experience, makes it easier for customers to find their way around and increases product visibility. Likewise, the optimization of storage and restocking areas increases staff operational efficiency. Thanks to this transformation, the establishment has gained in commercial appeal, functionality and its ability to deliver a more comfortable, efficient experience in line with current industry standards.
